Day 4: Christ Here Unveiling

Welcome to Day 4 of 31 Days of Healing Leaves: Awaking Us All to the Glory of God in our Midst.

In honor of all those, whose treasured friendships God commanded me to surrender into His loving hands. Praise God for His deliverance at work in Christ yielding us to obey His sovereign promptings, as His Body and heart broke, His tears were shed and His intercession was lifted for our healing. Praise Him for the restoration and redemption He is now unfolding.

Psalms 34:19 (HCSB)
Many adversities come to the one who is righteous, but the Lord delivers him from them all.

Psalm 18:1 (NASB)
I love You, Lord, my strength.”

CHRIST HERE UNVEILING

Thank You
For Your deliverance
For lifting
And stripping away
All that covers over
The beauty of who
You are, of Your
Presence with us.

Thank You
For sweet and pleasant
Boundaries
For hemming us all in
To know You
Earnest and pure
Loving in Spirit and truth
Communion flowing.

Thank You
For perfecting Your power
In our weakness
For our flesh fading
Like the grass withers
Like the flower falls
For Your heart in us
To be seen

Thank You
For uncovering
And revealing
Genuine gold
For burning away
The dross of our pride
To release purified
By fire incense

Thank You for
Bringing up
Beautiful surrenders
From deep within
Your hidden heart for us
Joy our strength
Becoming in Your holy
Sacrifice for us

Christ here unveiling.

Isaiah 54:13 ESV
All your children shall be taught by the Lord,
and great shall be the peace of your children.

Jeremiah 17:7-8 (NRSVUE)
“Blessed are those who trust in the Lord, whose trust is the Lord. They shall be like a tree planted by water, sending out its roots by the stream. It shall not fear when heat comes, and its leaves shall stay green; in the year of drought it is not anxious, and it does not cease to bear fruit.”

  1. So very timely for me today. God has uncovered just this weekend the beauty in His boundaries of a family breaking from 40 or 50 years ago. He was working so deeply in all of our hearts bringing that surrender up from the deep! Oh it is all about Jesus!! His joy our strength. Amen. Thank you for this sweet confirmation.
